Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Project Manager Corp IT
In this role you shall be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT Transformation Projects. You shall be expected to carry out enterprise-wide implementations of IT transformation solutions and management for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities- Responsible for managing complete project lifecycle- Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closure phases of the projects.
- Develop complete project plans with budgetary information and resource needs.
- Manage complex projects related to IT Infra, Cloud or App. Dev. domains.
- Manage both internal as well as external stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Manage multiple projects at a time with competing priorities.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive Productivity Initiatives in the organization.
- Ensure Project Delivery as per established standards:
- On-Time Project completion.
- Effective Risk & Issues Management. Troubleshoot problems that come up during project activities.
- Effective Stakeholders Communication. Host Steerco meetings and provide direction to the project teams as per communication plan.
- Adherence to PM tools/ Devboard updates.
- Effective Documentation for every phase of the project.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- B-Tech, MCA, MBA IT / equivalent from reputed university
- PMP/ ACP/ CSM/ SAFe equivalent professional certifications on project management.
- Related experience in project management over and above domain experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in working with senior business stakeholders with an understanding of full project or product lifecycle.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, have power conversations, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills from prior work situations.
- Proficiency with project management tools and related technology - e.g., Azure DevOps.
- For internal candidates - Minimum 1 T20 rating in past 3 Years and not LE.
