You will be responsible for Siemens digitalization Strategy. Knows the digitalization strategy of Siemens and aligns one's own daily work accordingly by making use of the Siemens digital ecosystem (e.g., interfaces to customers and other units, tools).

Experimenting and agile working: Profound knowledge and broad experience. Analyzes, interprets, structures, and presents extensive and/or complex data and information on the topic. Has application experience in complex environments (some interdependencies, variables, uncertainties).

Smart data analytics methods: you bring experience in applying data analytics- related methods and tools. Knows a broad range of data analytics-related technologies and methods that are relevant for one's own job and applies them to complex domain problems.

Applies data analytics methods to yet unsolved problems and defines new applications. Defines requirements and adapts solutions for developing standardized and automated market offerings/applications. Processes and explores complex data sets to extract relevant information for the task at hand. Visualizes results in an optimized manner to convey information to the intended target user. Is aware of current trends in the field of data analytics

Principles of SCM Reporting: Reports relevant SCM KPIs and carries out controlling incl. a target/actual comparison.

Project Reporting and Controlling: Knows and applies project-relevant instruments and KPIs required for project controlling. Supports their use. Applies project controlling methods to control the project on the criteria on time/in quality/in budget.

SCM processes and interfaces: Knows the connections between the Procurement process and the other processes. Knows the processes **@Si****s (Project Procurement), PLM and SCM (Product business).

Siemens SCM Strategy: Directs own area of responsibility towards the objectives of the Siemens SCM strategy.

Sustainability in the supply chain : Is familiar with the requirements of the Code of Conduct and explains the requirements of the Code of Conduct to suppliers. Is familiar with the Sustainable Procurement aspects "Assurance, Perception and Growth". Argues against typical objections from suppliers.

Clarifies ambiguous problems by questioning assumptions to reach a fuller understanding. Applies problem-solving methods and tools to diagnose and solve problems. Analyzes multiple alternatives, risks and benefits for a range of potential solutions. Proactively anticipates and prevents problems. Manages the implementation of solutions in the form of projects.

Change management. Challenges status quo; advises on change management; participates in the planning and implementation of change initiatives. Communicates reasons for change and associated plans with an appropriate degree of urgency.

Effectively manages change by applying various methods and techniques (e.g., communication, change agents, incentives, trainings). Identifies barriers or resistance to change initiatives, seeks ways to overcome them, and gain commitment.

Masters communication in a virtual or personal environment, with diverse personalities and communication styles and anticipates the potential effect of one's own communication. Gives clear direction including intentions and objectives. Applying various didactic approaches according to concrete situations and tools. Integrates underlying intentions, concerns or feelings of different people/groups. Acts as role model by showing opportunities to interact in a virtual environment. You must be Post Graduate with 8 -11 years of experience in Project management, digitalization strategy, data analytics methods, stakeholder management, SCM strategy, Sustainability in the supply chain.
