We are Hiring for Support Analytical Chemist

Job Purpose:
To plan, co-ordinate & carry out day today Analytical Support Services in the field of Hot, Cold & Foil Rolling lubricants, Transformer Oil, Ferrography, Fuel Analysis and Other Machinery Lubricants for all 15 plants (Aluminium & Copper), Marketing Team (Customer Support), Central Strategic Procurement Team and Corporate Technology.
To assist Lead - Tribologists in new product development, process improvement & other Technical services.

Principal Accountabilities Accountability

Technical & Analytical support for QA activities To provide lubricant analytical support services to all 15 plants To carry out Inter- Laboratory Tests for Chemical Testing. (Hot & Cold rolling lubricant, Lubrication failure studies, Condition monitoring services in field of transformer oils & Ferrography, Fuel testing- Coal, Coke, FO, LHSH etc.)

To maintain & calibrate Laboratory Equipment Analytical support for R&D activities.

To provide lubricant testing services to:-
Application Development
Product Development
Process Improvement
Sustainability
Environment
Audits:-To carry out audit of Chemical Testing Laboratory at Taloja to identify areas for improving reliability and accuracy of testing and providing technical support for achieving the same To carry out assessments w.r.t. to ISO 9001 standard for Metallurgy, Oil blending area. To carry out assessment w.r.t. ISO IEC 17025
