Job Description
- Budgeting for the project and forecasting cash flow requirements based on Purchase Order & Scope of work.
- Quantify other parameters - Operating Costs, Asset Values, Inventory, Capex, etc.
- Plan for Manpower, tools tackles, consumables & follow up with HR & Purchase
- Preparation of fabrication drawings, Isometric drawings with the help of the design department & providing it to factory or sites. Follow up for Scope with client as required.
- Plan for the special processes involved at the sites like welding, machining, handling of equipment & prepare method statements for the same.
- Preparation of MTO / BOQ for the project, equipment & ensure its procurement well in advance. Set well defined targets with supply chain for timely supplies at the project site or factory.
- Monitor, assess and report progress of project sites on a periodic basis ensuring responsibility & accountability to the project site team. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Closure
- Periodic MIS to management
- Co-ordinate with the site in-charge, quality & safety officer for quality documentation, measurements & billing on a weekly basis.
- Planning will monitor project progress and submit reports showing plan vs actual output, planned resource allocation vs actual utilization of resources
- Active Participation in process mapping, inputs mapping, MIS reports, Testing, Parallel Run and Go Live as per ERP Project Management deliverables Adherence to Quality, Safety, Ethics and Integrity standards of the company
