Job Description

1.Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company
2.Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents and Activate as per plan
3.Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
4.Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES

Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills

Educational Qualification Any graduation
