We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for dynamic sales professionals for the position of

BSM-CASA for Kolkata.

Grade: M3 - Branch Sales Manager

CTC Offered- Upto 8.50 LPA 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Generation of Revenue by Sale of CASA & TPP (viz. Insurance, MF, Online Trading, NR, Demat A/c etc) through the Sales Channel.
• Managing a Large Sales Channel Team comprising of AM's & DM's.
• Responsible for Achieving the Value, Volume and Channel Productivity Metrics for the Allotted Branches.
• Mentor, Recruit and Develop the Sales Team.

Candidate Profile:

• Min. Work Experience of 3-4 Years, with Team Handling Experience of at-least 1+ Yr. in current Organization.
• Good Command over Written & Oral Communication Skills.
• Experience in Banking Preferred (Candidates with Knowledge of Liabilities / TPP can Apply).
• Maximum Age Limit - 32 yrs
