1. Execute the orders on behalf of clients by doing Pre trade post trade confirmation.
2. Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
3.Responsible to achieve 3-times revenue of CTC.
4-Opening new Demat and trading accounts of clients through self sources and through the company leads.
5.Responsible to achieve the business through acquiring new franchisees.
6. To maintain a synergistic relationship with Relationship Managers - Sales, by supporting their sales efforts to enhance business.
7. Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance.
8. Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through giving SMC research to clients on their equity/commodity/currency portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term.
9.Responsible for achieving maximum sales target assigned thus ensuring profitability of Initial Public Offering (IPO) & Mutual Fund business and deals in all the cross sales at SMC.
