Candidate mapping & cold calling for both IT & Non-IT positions
Sourcing CVs from job portals, Linkedin, social media, referrals etc
Screening candidates telephonically/video and shortlisting suitable candidates for interviews with the clients
Creating strong pipelines of suitable candidates
Coordinating with clients for interviews Negotiating salaries
Closing positions and meeting the revenue targets

Required Candidate profile

Very good communication skills
6 months - 3 yrs experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment
Ambitious, self-motivated and a go-getter Should be hard working and target oriented
