Responsibilities and Duties:
Nirman Organisation have a base in 4 major cities of India, and we are expanding our reach nationally and internationally, for future expansion we require Business Managers in Marketing & Concept Selling.
So we select our candidates as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management i.e, Marketing, Concept Selling, Human Resource, Finance and Operations over a period of 4-6-8 months as per the following certified Advantage Training Program (ATP):
Business Associate => Corporate Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Manager => Business Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Marketing & Concept Selling Activities
2. Representing our clients through various campaigns B2B, B2C, Events, road trips
3. Leading and Managing a Team
4. Coaching People
5. Customer acquisition
6. Creating solutions
Ideal Profile/ Applicant:
1. Ability to Influence and Negotiate
2. Strong Business Intelligence and Corporate Knowledge
3. Dynamic Hardworking & Punctual in Nature
4. Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
5. Freshers/ Immediate Starters
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
1. Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream)
2. Experience 0-1 Years (Immediate Joining)
