Closely monitor sales and stocks at hand
Replenishment in market place
Connected with partner to ensure no gaps in business requirement understanding.
New collections are launched involving lot of details and ensuring they are in place.
Sales vs stock situation at each partners end
Ensuring achievement of targets keeping in mind the budget
Catalogue management
Ensuring all new products are catalogued with partners in time and the same is done in the marketplace as well
This includes getting photoshoots done in time and getting the cataloguing done with all details required by individual online partners.
ROS Goal
Need to ensure meeting the specified rate of sale per day for online partners (mens and womens)
Demand Planning
Fortnightly meetings with the mens and womens team to share the DP and assess the current scenario.
NPD Business
Ensure that specified budgeted number is achieved by placement of NPD in ECOM doors
Operating rhythm
Speed in listing cataloguing,
Monthly review with all stakeholders of the E-Com teams.
