Job Description
1.Implement and execute practice level strategy by reviewing account level plans of different clients in order to expand the footprint of practice. 2.Ensure the Revenue and margins of the accounts are in line with plan 3. Look for B revenue opportunity and drive Ops and SD teams on successful fulfilment of these opportunities 2. Support and participate Solution Design team in sales cycle including due diligence and process definition related activities. Also support in creation of solution for pursuits by validating the Banding and productivity details 3. Provide inputs to solutions team and execute specific alliance and solution strategy for each individual service offering/product within the practice. 4. Partner with transition teams in solution and delivery excellence, transformation projects etc. in order to ensure a robust transition org to manage transitions involving deep domain capabilities specific to practice 5. Identifies opportunities and enable delivery of improvements in order to enhance productivity for a domain intensive process. 6. Improve domain specific process efficiency and effectiveness to enhance productivity and margins. 7. Provide inputs to Operations based on domain expertise and customer interactions for implementation of new solutions in order to differentiate service offerings on a regular basis. 8. Provide inputs to SD team from a delivery perspective to SOW, RFP process. Provide inputs to transition team on domain specific SLAs. 9. Ensure industry updates are available to operations from a domain perspective. Gather best practices from industry and practice and ensure implementation. 10.
