Role: Auto Loan - Area Sales Manager

Minimum yrs. of experience: 5 yrs

Education: Any Graduate

Job Role:

• Skill set for market networking and intelligence to translate into business generation for ASE.
• Establish network with Dealers Finance, Sales, Dealer Principal, OEM (Territory Sales Manager) and SBI Staff.
• Market Intelligence in terms of total market size, competition and finance penetration.
• Engagement Activity - Need to conduct regular engagement activity to facilitate dealer to sell more cars, business generation and traction building among stakeholders Dealer, OEM, SBI. Activities like - SBI Diwas, Dealer Meet with complete planning and able to assess / quantify the outcome of event.
• Need to coordinate and ally with SBI, OEM and Dealers.
• Asking Rate- Ensure to achieve Asking Rate SBI Finance Penetration Target, ASE Productivity and Monthly Count of files disbursed.
• Managing large team towards productivity and business numbers
• Keep daily track of approximate sales of key dealers / market and finance penetration to strategize SBI penetration.
