Job Description :
- Candidates with 9-15 years of experience in the Insurance operations
- BFS and/or Insurance domain knowledge preferred
- Experience in driving strategizing SLA/client metrics that report health of a project (commercial and delivery)
- Should have had strong customer interfacing skills with particular emphasis on customer experience management in transformation
- Good understanding of business with P&L responsibility
- Sound exposure to Project Management Methodologies Estimation and Pre-sales support
- Should have an executive presence
- Demonstrating thought leadership and lessons learnt from the other organizations as appropriate to ensure successful Delivery of contracted services levels
- Strong Client Relationship management and stakeholder management skills
- Effective Leader and excellent personal organization and planning skills
- Should demonstrate the ability to solve problems creatively
- Should be able to create and manage change
- Leveraging Business acumen management experience change management skills and domain expertise skills to provide strategic and tactical support to service Delivery operations
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
- Flexible working in Shifts.
