Job Profile: The position is on the payrolls of a Health Insurance Company.
The position will be mapped to the respective Bank Branches per geography-based business
requirements
Core responsibility is to generate insurance business through bank branch walk-in customers
and by closing outbound leads generated by the branch staff for the assigned branch
Providing support to branch profitability by selling Insurance products through different
acquisition channels in the catchment area
Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned:
1. NOP Number of policies
2. FYP First Year premium
3. Staying ahead of the competition in terms of NOP & FYP due to Open Architecture
4. Persistency Recurring payments
5. Zero customer complaints - Manage customer complaints & resolve them within
specific TAT and ensure quality customer service is delivered
Consolidation of market share within Life Insurance in existing markets and generate
penetration in new markets
Build strong professional synergies with the Banking partner
Key Expectations:
Managing Bank customers requirements with the best available services and products
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of insurance and banking products
Communicate any product changes, process changes,s or changes in rules and regulations (internal /
IRDA) with the help of training modules to the banking partners
Manage the relationship with the banking partner across levels to deliver desired results
Support all sales and service aspects including sales calls, policy issuance, and complaint
management
