- Delivery owned focus - Primarily focus on delivering value by driving test automation in an inclusive, staggered pragmatic way

- Own the timelines, challenges and escalate early and drive the change
- Optimize testing process by eliminating redundancy and archaic old processes while replacing them with new age automation and design thinking
- Communicate extensively with transparency to build trust
- Build Intellectual Property for the Bank
- Embrace solutions which are Game Changers , reduce manual efforts with superior machine learning technology, without impacting coverage
- Be the Primary Point of Contact for all CMS Testing
