Looking for Chip lead-

Proven experience of 15y in working at silicon/VLSI organizations at different roles
Experience from design concept through production who knows all disciplines of chip design.
This role is responsible for overall chip schedule and technical guidance to the team.
This chip lead will coordinate between the teams on block specification, deliverables, handoff, verification, and timing closure; coordinate with IP vendors on memory
Strong ability to lead a matrix activity, a very effective team player,
An excellent communication skills.
