Job Title: Senior Associate/Team Lead - US IT Recruiter

Location: Mumbai
About the Organization:
Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision
Role and Candidate Expectations :

Candidate must have minimum 2+Years of recruiting or sourcing experience for a global enterprise.
Knowledge and experience in US staffing.
Must have good experience in sourcing for the IT & engineering requirements.
Responsible to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches user groups social networking candidate referrals networking web sourcing and ATS.
Collaborate with account manager / director to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
Excellent oral and written communication skills an ability to multitask strong attention to detail and be able to work autonomously.
Flexible to work with night shifts.
Work from Home(WFH) option available.
