Job Description:
Coordinate with service engineers to complete the site survey after receiving site details.
Update the tracker with a PDF copy of site survey reports after receiving site survey detail from service engineers.
Receiving PO (for BPCL) IOCL, HPCL & customer.
Checking all PO quantity with & match site survey quantity for dispatch material in BPCL case for dispatch.
Taking follow-up with customer for mismatch quantity of PO on email.
After receiving dispatch Invoices from the customer support team the details needs to be updated in the tracker.
Dispatching of all documents to service engineers for submitting to the customer in IOCL & HPCL.
Follow-up with service engineers in the daily morning calls for site readiness for Installation & commission, TPI & Air Quality work at the site.
Share details to the customer support team for invoices with Quantity of Modification/Du conversion & Installation & Commission in sat format. Generate BTS in IOCL & HPCL for BPCL Generate DPID.
Update the tracker and share Invoices copy with service engineers for submission to the customer along with all reports (Invoice copy, BTS copy, Commission, TPI & Air Quality) for IOCL & BPCL, in the BPCL customer support team submit invoices with supporting documents in BPCL Portal and share DPID No with us.
Take follow-up with service engineers after submitting all invoices along with all documents.
Update the tracker of project supply & Installation & Commission Invoices submission.
Update & trace vendors Invoices of Installation & Commission & verify the quantity as per reports, Warranty & CAMC Invoices.
Prepare weekly reports of Site Commission TPI & Air quality work.
Monthly updation of warranty datasheet.
Monthly preparation & sharing data with the finance team to raise Installation invoices against submitted Invoices of Vendor payments.
Prepare data for pending invoices.
