Strong expertise in Head Hunting, Candidate Management and client management
Sharing requirements with the team on daily basis
Proven expertise in building and managing large scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
Ability to meet targets consistently
Strong experience in Man Management by virtue of building and leading a large team.
Thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of Recruitment process, with proven working knowledge in client correspondence, acquisition and management
