Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Familiar with Direct & Indirect Taxation compliances.
Drafting of various operational and business documents/agreements
Well versed with letter drafting and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Banking procedures (e.g. Cash Credit, Over-collateralization, Working Capital Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), One-time settlement (OTS).
Basic knowledge of Company Act 2013, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) and Bank regulations.
Assistance in Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Audit (internal audit, tax audit & GST audit)
GSTR2A Reconciliation
Proficient in GSTR- 1 and GSTR- 3B filing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.com/PG/CA passed out would be preferable.
Knowledge of GST & advanced excel preffered.
Knowledgable in GST.
Well-versed with Ms Office.
Experience- 1- 4 years
