Roles and Responsibilities


Creative Design

  • Build, lead, and review work of the in-house creative team
  • Evaluate concepts, Brand Strategy, UX, Copy, Art-direction and Design, and provide direction to the in-house creative team
  • Provide graphic design & copy expertise, and execute advertising, internal communications and collateral materials for digital and print
  • Invent new creative ideas for branding, marketing campaigns, internal communications and marketing messages.
  • Understand the design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to marketing & external/internal communications
  • Responsible for creative execution across mediums, including online, print and collateral, traditional and digital advertising, photography and videography

Communication

Edit internal-employee and external-candidate audience communications to express Infogains brand tone

  • Conduct brand communications training sessions and hold office hours with stakeholders in HR, marketing, and other departments, as well as any agency staff, for consistent use of voice by all our internal brand ambassadors
  • Review and edit internal and external communications, including mailers, job postings, social media recruiting posts, and more
  • Work on several external campaigns and internal communications at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines Analytical Skills
  • Research and maintain awareness of emerging trends and best practice , identify opportunities to enhance work, and to support the achievement of departmental goals Decision Making Skills
  • Make decisions on final copy, final ,finished AV and digital campaigns and oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion, to achieve the delivery timeline .

Interpersonal Skills

  • Meet with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to obtain work briefs
  • Be a good communicator with all stakeholders to better interpret their briefs and pitch and present ideas to them
  • Develop and create a relationship with our global creative agency network
  • Participate in, and may lead, brainstorms, briefings and presentations including Brand Review .

Management Skills

  • Keep track of many creatives on schedule, and manage own time and inhouse creative teams time
  • Develop a standard operating procedure for the in-house creative team, so as to meet stakeholder expectations and on-time delivery
  • Identifies opportunities and projects for employee growth and experience, sharing learnings and experience, as well as establishing initiatives that will enhance the creative product in the spirit of continuous improvement
  • Provide oversight and solutions to project management and production processes, as well as the procurement of systems, tools & resources for the in-house creative team

Others

  • Manage ad-hoc requirements as assigned by Reporting Manager
  • Manage and ensure compliance of laid out Marketing Procedures, Brand Guidelines, other plans and procedures as assigned
  • Develop in-house creative team to extend its capabilities, adding missing skill through hiring or training to deliver innovative creative approach .

Skills & Attributes for Success

Related experience with 4+ years of creative direction in an agency or corporate setting

  • Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing a vision to delivery
  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated brand experiences across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print.

Proven experience with concept development

  • Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
  • Ability to forge relationships across the business
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and is a self-starter
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

The consistent ability to produce and communicate fresh ideas thought through logic, creativity and imagination .


Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multi-task.

  • Capacity to deal with stress and work well under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Acute observation and an eye for detail
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communicator, capable of abstract and conceptual thinking leading to best-in-class creative
  • Proficient across the complete scope of design from sketches to storyboards
  • Exceptional team leadership, professional standards, energy, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
