Job Description:-

• Handling inbound and outbound calling;
• Call the provided leads and Fix Home Presentation;
• Sharing the PPT schedule with the respective Sales person;
• Maintaining the data base;
• Generate leads from the existing client;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new/existing clients. Resolving client complaints and develop action plan accordingly;
• Follow ups with internal / external clients/team members;
• Answering client queries about products or services;
• Client grievance handling;

• Excellent Communication Skill
• Possess high energy level and good convincing skill
• Possess good analytical skills
• Committed to Continuous learning
