Detailed JD: (Engineers, Senior Engineers and Leads)
Be part of a team responsible for maintaining and bug fixing in layer2 Network automotive switches.
This is an opportunity to work on RealTek Automotive Switches for optimization and stabilization in layer2.
Work with internal development, testing and automation teams in India and required to interface with Switch Vendor on need basis.
A strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, basic data structures and programming practices is must.
The candidate should be dynamic, enthusiastic team player with a "can do" attitude.
5-11 years of product development experience in the area of layer2 packet forwarding / Network domain
Strong component level knowledge - understanding of multi-core and multi-threaded challenges, FreeBSD and/or Linux internals.
Experience developing software on L2/L3 layers of networking
Strong C programming, data structures and debugging/problem identification and solving skills.
Hands on Experience in Ethernet, VLAN, MAC table and few layer2 protocols
Knowledge and understanding of L2 switch Firewalls and port bandwidth management
Knowledge of serial communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C and UART is a plus
Knowledge of PTP protocol is a plus
Knowledge of AUTOSAR is a a plus
