We have openings for the position of Consumer Activation Executive at HYD Location.
Job Description :
The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth while focusing on marketing led activities. Building consumer focused marketing campaigns based on business needs and measuring the effectiveness of the campaigns
Requirements :
- Experience in driving activation campaigns
- Experience of working in collaborative/cross functional roles
- Basic understanding of financials
- Experience in terms of creative & content development
- Develop and maintain Pan India activation network to drive trials for the brand
- Lead on ground execution of brand activations through innovative ideas to impact brand metrics in focus markets
- Lead in-store visibility for the brand to ensure strong in-store presence and influence offtakes
- Work with activation and creative agencies on aspects like artwork, adaptations, in-store activations and execution
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in Consumer Activation. Leading the execution on marketing initiatives including activations and promotions
- Industry exposure- FMCG, Consumer Goods, Liquor
Professional Qualification
MBA/PGDM
Experience of at-least 18-24 months in Marketing is required
Salary : 5 to 7 LPA.
