We have urgent opening for the role of Lead Talent Management & L&D.


Designation - Senior Manager / Manager


Job Description :

  • Design and execute employee career development program for all levels
  •  Hi-potential identification & development, Competency Framework, Mapping & Assessment, Individual Development Plans for Talent pool
  •  Will have to work out of our offices at Bibvewadi, Baner and Viman Nagar (so should be flexible with travelling
  •  Training need analysis, Partner with internal stake holders to understand the requirement.
  • Training calendar workshop, seminars survey
  • Create training dashboard
  • Conduct leadership training
  • Responsible for induction onboarding
  • Managing time office & payroll inputs for the facility employees.
  • Managing Talent Acquisition
  • Leadership hiring
  • Skills Required Good Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Includes PPT and presentation skills.

Work Timing 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days We are 6 days working with 1 Saturday off (2nd Saturday off)
