Site Apsys Leader - Vadodara/baroda - Alstom

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Site MD on strategic transformation using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.

• Train people on APSYS program, methodologies and tools in his site / project.

• Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on lean continuous improvement tools

• Facilitate and coordinate all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each m tier based on APSYS roadmaps

• Consolidate and report deployment status to Managing Director and APSYS Central team

Performance measurements:

• Successful Lean impact on the m tier

• Progress from Y-1 to Y on APSYS maturity

• Site KPI improvement

Qualification Experience:

• B.E/ B.Tech/M.E in ETC/ Computer Science with 5 to 10 years of experience

• Rigor, Communication, experience in operational activities and results driven.

• Data driven and courageous - Ability to manage teams in cross and multicultural relationships,

• Collaboration and team working, critical thinking and problem solving
