Job Description

Dear All,

Urgent openings for customer support profile with People Interactive. Candidate should be having required skills and qualifications can apply for the same.

REQUIREMENTS:-

1)Candidate should be Good/Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English).

2)Candidate should have experience in sales/customer service can apply.

3)The candidate should be comfortable in rotational off and outbound process.

4)The salary will be 19k-20k. Job Location will be Lucknow.

5)Candidate graduate/undergraduate both can apply.

6)Candidate should be comfortable in rotational week offs. Experience in BPO voice process will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:-

The candidate needs to take inbound calls and make outbound calls to the customer related to provide customer service related to paid memberships and also related to call for renewals.
