Role As Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible to maintain a relationship between the paid members and engage with online meeting with both families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completely 6 months contractual base job (Can be renewed as per performance after 6 months)
- No target base profile, only customer service and customer engaging.
- Maintain a healthy relation with paid customer to provide and engage both families in online meeting.
- Manage customer queries through email, chat, and phone and ensure prompt resolution of each query.
- Ensure that all customer escalations and complaints are managed to excellent professional standards.
- Track Customer Satisfaction & ensure closure of complaints.
- Take ownership of complaints & ensure it is resolved to customers satisfaction.
- Effectively co-ordinate with Ops teams to ensure implementation of the resolution given.
- Share information and knowledge with the other team members to reduce the number of repeated issues.
What you should have
- Fresher and experience both can apply.
- Minimum Qualification 12th passed required
- Good communication in English (Fluent) and their Other language (i.e. Assamese, Bengali, Gujrati, Kannada, Malyalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telgu, Tulu) and Hindi (Avg)
- BPO inbound or any RM profile referable for this profile.
