Job Description-
Quality control & assurance of company products:
Inspect products, during & post manufacturing, to ensure they meet stipulated quality standards
Carry out regular external testing for quality control of products
Complaints handling and CAPA
Records keeping and documentation Quality process building and adherence:
To set quality SOPs, align functions on adherence and monitor the progress
Documentation and records keeping Management of facilities and external stakeholders on quality excellence
Monitor production / operations to ensure conformance to product specifications
Auditing and qualification of manufacturing and supplier facilities, testing laboratories etc., including ensuring compliance with GMP and other applicable standards. Continuous improvement of product quality
Lead improvements in the following for betterment of mfg. standards / product quality o Packaging, product attributes and / or process, etc o Manufacturing facility, equipment, process, etc Training, coaching and motivation of Team Members on product quality
One of the core areas will be continuous training of internal and external stakeholders which will enhance organizational awareness on quality aspects.
Preferably having an experience of handling pediatric and / or derma products quality.
High understanding of scientific information pertaining to health.
Outstanding ability to work with a team and inspire them; Should enjoy travel, being with people and the science of life.
