Taking functional specifications from usersanalyse, develop , deploy and maintain Oracle applications as per requirement of the business.

Good knowledge on Oracle HRMS Applications functionality to design the system (R12.1.3)
Database Structure Design
Oracle OAF
Oracle forms and reports
Expertise in Oracle SQL
Strong experience in RICE components
Interfaces through Standard API's and Interface Tables
Integration of custom applications with Oracle standard modules
Oracle Discoverer
Oracle workflow
