JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Speak with clients to verify the applied forms for life insurance policies.

Update the details of the conversation in the available CRM.

Help clients understand the various benefits available in the plan and check whether it meets
with the clients requirements.

Co-ordinate with the sales representative and other departments to resolve clients queries.

Understand clients requirement in case of any discrepancy take it up with sales to resolve it.

Salary Range: 2.20 lac p.a. to 3.40 lac p.a. + Attendance Bonus Rs.4000 per month + .Variables upto 30% of the CTC offered

Job Timing: 10 am to 7 pm & 12 pm to 9 pm

Fix Sunday Week Off

Graduate with experience in BPO - any voice process may apply
