Job description:

Supporting the outpatient medical coding team for a primary care group of providers as a coder
Deep domain understanding of outpatient coding Category II (HEDIS) codes Coding denials & Ancillary work
Should be able to comprehend medical charges on a day-to-day basis with the required tasking to be done to the providers based on the guidelines
Experience in working in multiple client applications (EMR & PMS)
Achieve the desired productivity quality & attendance as set by client & management
Work on the received guidance and feedback on individual performance provided by Internal/client auditor Team Leader
Participate in various projects and continuous process improvement activities
Participate in client calibration sessions per the frequency assigned Good experience in handling industry/coding updates
