Digital Marketing(operation & Planning) @ Crescendo Manpower

Job Description

Plan & execute all digital marketing campaigns, Interact with agencies on daily basis, coordinate between agencies and internal teams, including Creatives/SEO/SEM, social media, & display advertising campaigns. Design, build & maintain our social media presence/Measure, all digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Launch and scale of a variety of digital campaign efforts (Creatives, Paid Social).

Analyze digital campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies with actionable next-step recommendations.

Ensure campaign alignment by collaborating, sharing, and receiving feedback from multiple teams (design, sales, product, agencies etc.).

Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing (new platforms, innovation etc.).

Interact with agencies on daily basis. Coordinate digital marketing tasks with agency and team. Investigate and explore new marketing channels.

Proactive, results-driven & detail-oriented - recommends continuous improvements to marketing campaigns by providing ideas, feedback, and results.

A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Provide creative and creative copy suggestions.

Communication to team and agencies on project development, timelines, and results.

Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet internal team goals.
