Integration Developer @ Nelson Consultants

We are looking for an Integration Developer with good knowledge ofSOAP/REST API development experience to strengthen our businessoperations in North America and Canada. We take a cloud-first approachto deliver customer-centric experiences & platform web services that areused by CMA CGM shipping and logistic teams and partners. As anIntegration Engineer, you'll be a vital part of the Operations & CustomersTeam. This team enables and aids our product teams and partners withadopting and integrating cloud services with a customer-centric ideology always in mind. You will be an expert in building, proving out, andcommunicating the value of the platform that is enabling operations. Thisposition is a full-time position located in Mumbai.

Develop web services, WCF, web-based applications with standard development tools.
Develop robust, loosely coupled stack of run-time API / Microservices that implement
business processes that are used in applications across multiple channels
Design and Develop common business services/components that are the core
foundation blocks across all systems as we provide solutions for a wide variety of
business problems, many of which require multi-platform solutions.
Develop API models as per best industry practices and SOAP/REST/ Microservices design
paradigms
Experience with API security standards and implementation (OAuth)
Build cloudy ready interfaces that will support CI/CD across multiple channel consumers
Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting.
Review existing applications and enhance Application Architecture.
Work closely with the team and product managers to develop a better user experience.
Perform code reviews & participate in executing support plans.
Research and remain informed of new technology and development tools.
Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved
Perform other related projects and duties as assigned

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of EDI ANSI X12 Standards
EDI mapping preferably ITX mapping tool
Able to write simple to complex SQL scripts
Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, and AS2 communications protocols.
Track record of delivering technical integration designs to support projects
Collaborative approach when working with multiple teams across disciplines
Good understanding of software design and usability for enterprise applications
Experience working with globally distributed software development teams (on-site and
off-shore) supporting integrations and customizations between complex, enterpriselevel
solutions.
Experience with Unit Test-Driven Development and Acceptance Test-Driven
Development
Experience with Agile/Lean practices
Strong written and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge on .Net Frameworks like .Net & .Net Core
Minimum 5 Years of experience as a .Net Developer or as a full-stack developer.
Good Experience of WCF, Web Services, C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ,
Ajax, JavaScript, WEB API2
Hands-on experience in SOA, Microservices, XML, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, Visual Studio
WSDL XML schema and namespaces, .NET Framework, C#, Javascript, Web
Services/APIs, Swagger, Messaging, and Threading
Strong knowledge of API Standards, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud capabilities.
