Qualification Any Graduate
Experience - Minimum 1 year experience in sales



Direct sales of Investment and Insurance products
Recruit New partner/ Associates for Insurance & Investment Business
New Client acquisition and relationship Management
Develop Partner/Associates through coaching, training, team management and support, etc.
Drive Partner/Associates to recruit advisors in their team, make them active on business month-on-month, drive higher case rate per active advisor and case to achieve business targets
Undertake activities like Presentations to built up sales and adding New Clients.
