Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management

Follow & processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)

Manage & Guide team of CSO's/ Senior CSO to deliver desired results

Sales Planning

o Width Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes

o Depth Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS

Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned

Manage Urban or Semi-Urban or Rural Markets

Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Area Sales Manager on monthly basis
