Job Opening for Team Lead-IT Recruiter Lead Position WFH

Position: Team Leader (Work from home)

Experience: 5 -10+ years

Job Location: - Anywhere in India

Job Description:
  • Gathering requirements from Clients, prioritizing and allocating requirements to team member
  • According to their experience levels.
  • Experience in recruiting candidates at different levels from Junior, Mid and senior.
  • Regular Interaction with Clients to understand the requirements, Scheduling Interviews, feedback's etc.
  • Regularly connecting with Clients and Manager to close the position in given TAT.
  • Having good technical recruitment experience in Contract, Contract to hire and permanent staffing.
  • Maintaining strong database and utilizing this data in closing similar positions in given TAT.
  • Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the requirements and understand their willingness.
  • Screening, Shortlisting and conducting preliminary interview (Candidate Assessment) prior to sharing it with the Client and following up on Interviews, Selections and till on boarding.
  • Help the team to understand the requirements, its challenges, and effective sourcing methods Quality Sourcing & Validating profiles.
  • Ensuring consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to the Clients through meetings, email updates and reports.
  • Sharing the final MIS reports to the Manager internally on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Required team handling experience

Job type: Work from home

Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Working days: Monday to Friday; 2nd and 4th sat off

Person should have her own laptop/ desktop with internet connectivity.
