• The Operations Manager is a customer facing role that ensures the coordination of delivered services between the Central Delivery Organization, the Account, and the Customer Account calls & meetings
• Manage Technical aspects of P1 Bridge Calls
• Operation review meetings
• Support the work intake process
• Customer escalation point
• Technical POC for the Customer
• Manage and represent the enterprise compute delivery teams
• Support for project and new business staffing
• Delivery assessments
• Regularly review metrics and plan any needed actions
• Identify GAPs in delivery
• SLA achievement
• Customer calls & meetings
• Delivery team meetings
• Service Improvement Plans
• Continuous Improvement Plans
• Support the standardization of Services
• Support the standardization of the tools sets
• Annual Forecast
• Review statements of work for compliance
• Support Account financial processes

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Position: Full time employment
