Greetings from Hexaware BPS !!!
We have an exciting opportunity for international voice process with Hexaware BPS.
Who can apply ?
Freshers 2020 , 2021 passed out students from any stream can apply and Applicants from minimum of 6 months 2 years experience in any customer service background outbound or inbound international Process .
PS NOTE: It is a work from Office for now and may go back to work from home model basis the COIVD situation and business request .
Applicants should be ok with purchasing LAN wired connection as we may go to WFH any time ( Reimbursement can be done upto 3000 for new connections and per month upto 750 rupees as internet charges)
Designation : Executive & Sr Executive (International Voice Process)
Role : Background Verification Process voice
Location: Chennai One, Thoraipakkam
Qualification: HSC passed / Any graduate / arrear can be considered .
Requirement details
- 0 to 3 Years of experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)
- Preferably Immediate joiners.
- Should be flexible to work in complete night shifts
- Fixed Saturday and Sunday week offs.
- Transport : Drop will be provided

- Voice and Accent Round
- Operations round
Mode of interview: Direct Walkin Drive ( please come with 2 copies of your resume and a Government ID PROOF .)
