Job Description

EBO Mart is looking for Department Managers with sales experience for our upcoming store at Padur (Tamil Nadu) for below categories:

1. Tiles & Floorings

2. Lumber, Building Material and Mill work

3. Paints and Adhesives

4. Tools and Hardware

5. Bath and Kitchen

6. Plumbing and Electrical

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Deep understanding of the category/trends & Maintaining merchandise as per planogram.

2. Be the advocate for customer and able to understand customer requirement/issues and share it with respective HO departments for continuous improvement.

3. Drive Professional and End customer engagement & service for customers who walk-in to store.

4. Ability to negotiate & convince Professionals & End Customers and close sales.

5. Accountable for Category Sales and Margins.

6. Coordinate with Category Managers and Warehouse teams for timely stock availability.

7. Good analytical and logical skills to understand the margins and discount structure.

8. Execution of right Operational and Sales processes in the store.

9. Manage Shrink and Inventory as per budget.

10. Manage, engage, coach and mentor the team to drive desired results.
