We are currently seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Position: Financial Analysis Senior Specialist.
We are looking for a results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve financial performance for a 25M Health Plan Life Science portfolio. Duties for the Financial Analysis Sr. Specialist will include managing Account PnL, identifying risk and opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, conducting AOP and forecast and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The noteworthy financial controller should streamline our Finance/accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, and drive sales generation.
Required Skills:
- BA/Degree in Finance/Accounting
- MS Office (Excel, power point) --- High level of proficiency required
- Oracle Essbase, Oracle Project Accounting module and/or SAP
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

- Ability to be a team player, troubleshooter and a consensus-builder
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate with and explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Possess a strong flair for quantitative analysis, an ability to think big-picture and long term
