Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No 1 BPO in India with prospective expansion vision
Role and Candidate Expectations :
- Candidate must have 1-3 years of financial services experience in communication surveillance.
- Performance of electronic communications surveillance across multiple surveillance platforms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the banks policies and procedures.
- Support compliance investigations by gathering / analysing data and carrying out interviews
- Support general compliance activities and other duties including special projects as assigned by management
- Exposure to market abuse / manipulation topics
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel Access PowerPoint and Word)
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous and analytical.
- Team-oriented approach to completing objectives.
- Ability to work with and manage stakeholders of different seniority.
- Flexible to work with shifts
