Candidate must hold 9 + years of experience into presales solutioning bid management supporting international clients into BPO industry.
Manage and run end to end response by coordinating across various internal teams understand client expectations and design customized solutions etc.
Liaise with internal teams as and when required for inputs and support for generating newer business
Proactive creation of Consumer Goods solutions develop practice documents and white papers on service offerings that enrich the service offering and strengthen the presales and solutions teams
consultative mind-set problem-solving outlook with ability to cut through ambiguity and drive self and team towards business goals.
Demonstrated strengths in solution selling service management sales negotiation Lead management & Pipeline management across global customers
Good articulation presentation and analytics skills is a must
Experience in Retail CPG and Manufacturing domain is preferable
Management degree is mandatory for the role.
