Candidate should have End-to-End customer order management execution from receiving customer purchase order in Logistics to invoice received by customer
To support & monitor order execution and reporting tasks up to final acceptance and invoice receipt by customer
Responsible for all logistics related tasks from customer order receival at Logistics to invoice received by customer
One primary Point of Contact (POC) for each focus region/ market for :
Standardized process implementation
Maintain Process quality & Accuracy
Workload balancing within OM Team
1st Level escalation for Delivery Orgs and Project Teams
To allocate support and monitor; order execution and reporting on tasks requested
Tracks Overall Business benefits based on Transformation Plans
Stakeholder Management including Customer and Senior Management
