Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment process by connecting with the various HR agencies & scouting online to find the right candidates.
  • Screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
  • Provide orientation for new employees & helping them with on-boarding activities.
  • Maintain human resources records for employees.
  • Document and track human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Manage the Admin related duties
  • Ultimately, you will make sure all HR & Admin operations run smoothly

Requirements
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) & Softwares like HRMS
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of programmes such as word & excel.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
  • BSc in HR or a relevant field .
