Role and Candidate Expectations :
  • Candidate with 2.5-7 years of relevant experience as a Quality Analyst in international operations.
  • Conduct regular call audits and call quality experience.
  • Checking for call quality standards.
  • Providing feedback on the performance of each individual.
  • Identity the areas for improvement.
  • Ensure call handling and service quality is maintained.
  • Should possess excellent communication Skills.
  • Should be flexible working in Shits.
