Job Description

Team Synopsis:

IS&T Digital Factory tower is managing transverse digital platforms, including cognitive platforms such chatbot.
It provides digital capabilities and services to support internal business digital transformation.
The team is currently looking for an external Chatbot Specialist, reporting to IS&T Head of Cognitive, Content and Communication platforms.

Objectives:

- Objective of Chatbot Specialist is to manage E2E chatbot platform:
-Coordination with business to ideate around new use cases and promote existing ones
-Deliver new use cases or evolution: drive external developers and coordinate projects delivery
-Manage support model
-Manage relationship with current editor (Yellow Messenger)
-Define solution architecture (access channel, integration; )
-Participate to define best strategy for client in terms of chatbot platform regarding current context
-Update different tools to track project and run follow-up (budget, activities)

Functional requirements:

-Functional Business process knowledge in support functions areas (HR, sourcing, finance)

-Enterprise Service Management process

- Business stakeholders management

Technical requirements:

-Technical specialist with good architecture knowledge

-SNOW chatbot

-YELLOW MESSANGER chatbot

-ENGLISH, written & spoken
