US health Care claims adjudication @ client Golden

Job Description

Must have experience in US Healthcare (Claims Adjudication).

Monitoring billing activities, performance management, and production standards and quality of results.

Providing technical assistance to staff in order to initiate billing to all appropriate payer types. Should be willing to work in Night Shift.

Should have excellent communication skill.

Reviews and analyzes data for in-process claims in order to identify and resolve errors prior to final adjudication.

Should have experience as Team Leader leading a team of 20 -25 members.

Must have handled a Team

Must ensure adherence to engagement plans for team members.

Should manage the attrition and absenteeism of the team members.

Should be Identifying & grooming high potential team members for the next level.

Must follow the performance management grid & take immediate steps for any variance.

Must have 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare Claims

Experience and good written & verbal communication skills

Immediate joiners give first preference

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates or who can join within 15 days given first preference.

Need to have all education professional documents in place.
