Roles and Responsibilities
Job Purpose
To achieve business numbers as defined by supervisor & adhere to the directions in line with the banks objectives.
To bring in NTB MEs on FasTag & eToll Collection solutions & manage existing portfolio eToll to increase wallet share (NHAI Plaza, PF Plaza, SH Plaza, Parking, etc) along with Aggregators in the segment
Achieve channel objectives through team wrt targets on Signup, Setup, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS & Cross sell
Role involves working with PAN India sales team to understand official tenders, identify scope of work from banks perspective, analyze data, prepare Income v/s cost sheet and co-ordination for application of tender if any. Also engage with NHAI, IHMCL, State Road Development Corporations and Concessionaires to understand their pain points and design specific solutions
Consult with internal teams about specific needs of clients prior to developing or starting a project
Once a project is complete continue overlooking it to determine how effective it was and develop New strategies to improve the product and process
Ensuring maximum share of volumes comes to the bank.
Focus is to increase portfolio volume & float from Merchants / PF Plaza / Concessioners to gain bank share.
Retaining the merchants to avoid competition poaching banks merchants.
