Job Description

Requirement-

Handling Inbound calls of US Based customer to resolve their queries related to routers and modems miscellaneous queries.

Graduation is required for less than 1 year experienced ones.

Undergraduates with more than 2 years experience can apply.

Should have relevant experience in customer handling International voice process only.

Excellent Voice Communication skills

Candidate should be Flexible for rotational shift/ Night shifts

5 days working per week

Both side transportation will be provided while working from office

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Location- Hyderabad
